Learning another language expands opportunities

In a world that is becoming increasingly interconnected what can you do for your child to provide a competitive advantage outside the curriculum offered by the public education system?

Career Success

The German language has been and will be a key language in science, business, and the arts.

Expand Your Culture

Enhance your job prospects and unlock new career opportunities by becoming multilingual.

The German School of Fremont offers four levels of children classes, and four levels of adult classes. The minimum age for enrollment is 3 years old and children need to be fully potty-trained (not including parent and child class)

Class Schedule

Classes are held every Saturday from 9:30 am to 12:00 noon during semesters.

Teaching Methods

Our teachers utilize current German educational textbooks - Menschen series for adult classes and Zebra series for children/youth classes - as well as integrate diverse print, audio, and video resources sourced from various providers.

German is spoken in the classroom as much as possible. A high quality of instruction is ensured by teachers with an exceptional knowledge of German and proven teaching ability.

Additional supplemental teaching materials are employed in the upper level classes to enhance student readiness for higher-level exams such as the National German Exam (NGE, also known as the AATG Exam) and Internationale Vergleichsarbeiten (IVA) Exams (also known as the A2, DSD I & II Exams).
